Terms of Use
Last updated: September 6, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MigNo iPhone application (the "App"), operated by Ruslan Zaripov. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Not Medical Advice
MigNo is a self-tracking diary. It does not diagnose conditions, does not prescribe or adjust treatment, and does not provide medical advice. It is not a medical device. Figures the App shows — including trigger rankings, correlations, medication effectiveness comparisons and the count of days with painkillers — are summaries of what you entered, meant to be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional. Never delay seeking medical care because of something the App displayed.
In an emergency, do not use this App. A headache that is sudden and severe, follows a head injury, or comes with fever, stiff neck, weakness, confusion, vision loss or speech difficulty needs immediate medical attention. Call your local emergency number.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding agreement where you live, to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
What the App Provides
The App lets you log headache attacks, medications, triggers and pain-free days, review them in a calendar and statistics, and produce a summary report. Features may change, be added or be removed over time as the App develops.
No Account; Your Data Is Yours
The App works without registration. Your diary is stored on your device and, if you enable sync, in your own iCloud account. This means we cannot recover your data for you. Losing your device, deleting the App or resetting iOS without a backup means the data is gone. Export your diary regularly — JSON and CSV export is free and always available in the App's settings.
Free Features
Logging is free with no limit on the number of entries. The diary, calendar, medication list, reminders and data export do not require a subscription and are not restricted by one.
Subscriptions and Billing
Some features — including trigger analysis, correlations, the PDF report for your doctor, medication effectiveness comparison and iCloud sync — require a paid subscription ("Premium"). MigNo offers a monthly subscription, an annual subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase. The current price of each option, in your local currency, is shown in the App before you confirm, and prices may change over time.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price then in effect.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Where a free trial is offered, its length and terms are shown before purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- The lifetime option is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and does not renew.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. We cannot issue refunds directly. Requests can be made through Apple's "Report a Problem" page or Apple Support.
Restoring Purchases
Purchases are tied to your Apple Account. Use "Restore purchases" in the App's settings on a new device, signed in with the same Apple Account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the App, to interfere with its operation or security, to use it unlawfully, or to use it to store data about another person without that person's consent.
Intellectual Property
The App, its name, design, text and software are owned by the operator or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for lawful personal purposes. Your diary content remains yours.
Third-Party Services
The App relies on Apple services (App Store, iCloud, Apple Health, WeatherKit) and on TelemetryDeck for anonymous analytics. Their availability is outside our control, and their own terms apply to their services. Weather data is provided by Apple Weather. The MIDAS questionnaire is used in its freely available form and is reproduced for your convenience; it is not a diagnostic instrument in itself.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its calculations, reminders, weather values or health readings will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or discontinue the App, or any of its features, where required for legal, security or operational reasons.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
